We inspire communities in environmental education. Urban Mining fosters synergies and engagement among parties in different fields – from science, culture, and entrepreneurship to the administration – aiming at facilitating discussion and finding solutions.
Some of our areas of expertise are:
- Engagement activities around the preservation of the ocean, waste reduction and waste management: interactive exhibitions, beach clean ups with waste identification and classification, talks, art workshops with sea litter, educational campaigns, educational materials, etc
- Environmental workshops for students
- Educational programs that focus on the value of natural resources and on current environmental problems in order to raise awareness and develop proactive attitudes to preserve the environment
